We are pleased to announce that we will be offering work experience to our Year 10 students commencing this academic year. It would be great to get as many pupils as we can doing work experience, because,
- They find out more about themselves, strengths, values, motivations and interests.
- Try out a career path to see if they like it or not.
- Find out what inspires them.
- Meet new people and build up a network of contacts.

Access to the Work Experience Database
Welcome to your Work Experience 2023-2024 programme. Our schools are working with Telford and Wrekin Education Business Links to help you acquire the skills and knowledge that will prepare you for the workplace and to inspire you to plan for and achieve a successful future.
Work Experience plays a big part in this process.
The database supports students, parents and carers in finding work experience placements.
Every child has accessed GROFAR, to support your child please follow the steps below:
- Step 1. Every Year 10 pupil will have a Grofar account set up via a link sent to their email address.
- Step 2. Go into Grofar - Click Here To Log Into Grofar
- Step 3. Go onto opportunities where you can search for placements in the area you would like to work.
- Step 4. If you find a placement, click on add to applications to save it.
- Step 5. Go to applications to view all your saved applications. Click on the place to get their information up.
- Step 6. Call the employer or send them a letter:
